
/ MY STORY
Here is a very short description of my beliefs.

I'm a 19 soon to be 20year old girl from Wisconsin. I do school through Kansas State University Online where I am studying to become a RDN (registered dietitian Nutritionists) there are many reasons as to why I decided I wanted to go down this path, I am recovered from multiple eating disorders. I want everyone to know that food is just food nothing more, we eat it to live, we eat it to enjoy, make memories, pass down and many more, but at the end of the day it is just food, something so simple but can destroy your life. This is just a very short detail of my journey but, it has not stopped, and I will continue to grow and learn just like everyone else.

The other reason is that majority of the food we eat from the grocery store (chips, cookies, bread, fruit, meat) all of these things are affected and re processed, pumped full of fake unwanted ingredients that can ruin your body. Pesticides, artificial flavoring, dyes and so much more. These foods are causing you, your spouse, children to be constantly sick, it kills all the good microbiome in your body leaving the bad ones to become feed, getting into the blood stream, and altering the brain chemicals. The gut is the 2nd mind. Of course, I believe in moderation and that everything can be bad in over consumption. My goal is to bring the clean and whole foods back into your house, not only are these treat clean and whole, but many of the ingredients that are in them are so beneficial for your health.
Chia seeds: improve cardiovascular health, lower blood pressure, good for hormones, etc.
Hemp seeds: rich in omega fats, which are extremely important for the brain, and heart health.
Flax Seed: improve digestion, lower cholesterol, regulating blood, etc.
